Synced inventory
Counts describe definitions and records, not combined quantities across different units. Customer item names, notes, images, and storage locations are excluded.
Plan access
Free, Pathfinder, Survivor.
Effective access reflects current status, period expiry, and revocation. Paid access includes trial, grace period, and billing retry while the entitlement remains valid.
Recorded subscription status
Status is the recorded provider state and may differ from effective access after expiry. Accounts with no subscription record are inactive.
